. , . <br /> Complaints brought to the attention of the City staff or the mowing contractor shall receive <br /> prompt and courteous response from the contractor or a representative of the contractor. The <br /> NSI Administrator must be notified of contractors response to individuals with complaints after <br /> the contractor or his representative investigates the complaint. The contractor also will recognize <br /> the NSI Administrator as mediator in disputed complaints and abide by the decisions made on a <br /> case by case basis. Failure to comply with these guidelines shall be cause for termination of the <br /> mowing contract. <br /> A list of all equipment owned by the contractor by type, model and yeaz must also be furnished <br /> with the bidders proposal (NO EXCEPTIONS). Minimum equipment requirements are as <br /> follows: <br /> uanti Descriotion <br /> . (1) 35 horsepower or greater tractor with brush hog <br /> (2} 20 horsepower or greater riding mowers, one with brush hog <br /> (1) small riding mower <br /> (3) heavy duty push mowers <br /> (3) heavy duty gas p ered line trimmers (minimum 30cc or equivalent) <br /> In addition, the contractor must hav il st prior to contract execution. The <br /> selected contractor shall also be able to m ' cre ize of at least size(6) persons. <br /> Bids are to be solicited on the basis of cost per lot: <br /> Small Area - lot with 8000 square feet or less <br /> Large Area - lot up to one (1) acre <br /> Additional Acreage - price per each acre over one acre <br /> PLEASE NOTE: Price quotations will be firm for a twenty-four (24) month period beginning <br /> May 1, 1997 until April 30, 1999. The successful bidder will provide weed mowing for a 2 year <br /> period. All bid prices are to remain firm for the time period. <br />
