. , . Complaints brought to the attention of the City staff or the mowing contractor shall receive prompt and courteous response from the contractor or a representative of the contractor. The NSI Administrator must be notified of contractors response to individuals with complaints after the contractor or his representative investigates the complaint. The contractor also will recognize the NSI Administrator as mediator in disputed complaints and abide by the decisions made on a case by case basis. Failure to comply with these guidelines shall be cause for termination of the mowing contract. A list of all equipment owned by the contractor by type, model and yeaz must also be furnished with the bidders proposal (NO EXCEPTIONS). Minimum equipment requirements are as follows: uanti Descriotion . (1) 35 horsepower or greater tractor with brush hog (2} 20 horsepower or greater riding mowers, one with brush hog (1) small riding mower (3) heavy duty push mowers (3) heavy duty gas p ered line trimmers (minimum 30cc or equivalent) In addition, the contractor must hav il st prior to contract execution. The selected contractor shall also be able to m ' cre ize of at least size(6) persons. Bids are to be solicited on the basis of cost per lot: Small Area - lot with 8000 square feet or less Large Area - lot up to one (1) acre Additional Acreage - price per each acre over one acre PLEASE NOTE: Price quotations will be firm for a twenty-four (24) month period beginning May 1, 1997 until April 30, 1999. The successful bidder will provide weed mowing for a 2 year period. All bid prices are to remain firm for the time period.
