Work <br /> under Phase I will start with the execution of the Agreement. All other <br /> services shall not proceed until City and Engineer have negotiated an <br /> appropriate scope of services and fee. <br /> PHASE I. CONCEPT DESIGN REPORT <br /> A. Preliminary and General Work <br /> 1. Prepare a project procedures memorandum for use by City and <br /> Engineer. The memorandum will cover ro 'ect descri tion, <br /> P J P <br /> project participants, lines of corr�nunication, and writing , <br /> standards to be used. I�I <br /> 2. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for periodic progress <br /> meetings and special planning sessions (Workshops) . I <br /> 3. Establish e-mail between City and E�gineer through an <br /> internet provider. <br /> 4. Acquire and review data, background information, technical <br /> information, records and documents essential in making a <br /> recommendation to City. This may include: <br /> a. NWTP as-built plans and specifications prepared by <br /> Warren & Van Praag. <br /> b. Water treatment plant standards and specifications. <br /> c. Pertinent state and federal regulations and required <br /> approvals. <br /> d. City water distribution system information. <br /> SLW3:023 A-1 April 1, 1997 <br />
