Review with City, scheduled maintenance programs which would <br /> take treatment units out of service. <br /> 2. Provide recommendations for expanding water production <br /> capacity in the north area using 18 mgd as a minimum. <br /> Consideration will be given to scheduled maintenance <br /> programs, future expansion, and optimum treatment equipment <br /> sizing. <br /> D. Safe Drinking Water Act Compliance <br /> 1. Review three to five years of operating and monitoring data <br /> to identify current and potential problems at the NWTP in <br /> complying with current regulations and pertinent pending <br /> regulations. <br /> 2. Identify additional analytical data needs for City to <br /> provide, if the available analytical data is insufficient to <br /> evaluate the effects of pending regulations. <br /> E. Water Treatment Process Alternatives <br /> 1. Evaluate process alternatives to control turbidity, improve <br /> softening performance, and comply with current and pertinent <br /> pending regulations.
