Extensive fire damage on <br /> upper lever with unsecured openings that a11ow weather to do more damage. Subject of <br /> numerous neighborhood complaints. <br /> 964 E. North- NSI#9603545. Case started 07-10-96. Standing open and abandoned with <br /> doors broken in and windows out. Utilities ternunated 2-9-95. Severe state of deterioration. <br /> 839 E. Prairie-NSI#9604064. Case started 08-28-96. Portions of structure standing open and <br /> full of trash. Dangerous electrical from illegal installations throughout. Severe state of <br /> deterioration. <br /> 333-35 W. Leafland -NSI#9605436. Case started 11-20-96. Severe fire damage. Standing <br /> open and abandoned. No attempt by owner to clean property or secure structure. Subject of <br /> numerous neighborhood complaints. <br /> 1743 N. Morgan-NSI #9605126. Case started 10-31-96. Standing open and abandoned. Doors <br /> and windows gone. Severe vandalism inside and out. Neighbors complain of unknown persons <br /> entering at night. <br /> 715 E. Center-NSI#9602578. Case started OS-03-96. Standing open and abandoned. Severe <br /> damage from being fire-bombed. Neighbors complain of continual gang activity and numerous <br /> shooting incidents. <br />
