♦ <br /> ( • <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this l lth day of June , 1997 by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City") and YWCA of Decatur/Macon Countv (herein called <br /> the "Subrecipient"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Government <br /> under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> l. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities <br /> The subrecipient will be responsible for administering Fiscal Year 97-98 funds for the <br /> purpose of Operation Smart Program in a manner satisfactory to the City and <br /> consistent with any standards required as a condition of the funds. In addition, <br /> the CDBG funds will be used for planning and administrative costs. <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The funds provide a grant for administration of the informal education <br /> experience in science and math to girls, between the ages of 6 -17. The <br /> program targets low to moderate income households. <br /> General Administration <br /> B. Levels of Accom�lishment <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, the <br /> Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services: <br /> Activitv it ner Month Total Units <br /> Education N/A N/A <br /> C.
