<br /> and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, agents, and
<br /> employees hazmless xgainst any and all loss, damage, or expeense that it ar they may sustain as a
<br /> result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property damage,
<br /> injury ta,or death of any person or persons,which may arise in connectivn with the use of City of
<br /> Decatur property, l OQ block of South Oakland Avenue between West Wooci Street and West Main
<br /> Street,for the Oakwood Business Assaciation block party on the following date and time:
<br /> Saturday,May 7,2016, 12:t1(?p.m.through Sunday,May 8,2016, 12:00 a.m.
<br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers,agents,employees,and registrants.
<br /> Furthermore, the sponsoring agency agrees#o provide the City of Decatur evidence of third partS�
<br /> liability insurance coverage far the event in an amownt not Iess than $1,000,000 per occurrence,
<br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate,for properiy damage,and personai and bodily injury,including death.
<br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount
<br /> not less than$1,0{}O,OflO per oecurrence and aggregate must also be provided. The City of Decatur,
<br /> Illinois, must be named as additional insured on both policies for the duration of the Event.
<br /> Sponsaring agency's insurance will be primary.
