MLINIS Operating System <br /> Software. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Approximately twelve years ago, the City purchased Tyler Technologies, Inc. MLINIS Operating Software to serve as the <br /> operating software application for use by the City to process and record the variety of transactions and information necessary to <br /> conduct City business. <br /> The arrangement includes an annual agreement for one year term that secures the City to receive operating system release <br /> upgrades as well as technical and operational support. <br /> The one year term of this agreement shall commence on May 1, 2016 and shall remain in force until April 30,2017.
