Access to Premises The Customer will provide ti�ely access to all Premises,accarding to agreed upon schedules,for design,installation and testing purposes. 25. Excusable Dela�rs Neither parEy will be respansble for any delay in performance or failure to perform,if such delay ' or failure results from causes beyond the control of that party,including acts of God,delay or I failure of transportation,govemmental acts or other reason oE a like nature not being the fault of I the delaying party. General Provisions . � • 26.1 Neither party will assign this Agreement without the consent of the other party and any attempt to do so will render this Agreement void,except that a party may assign this Agreement to a successor in ownership of all ar substantially all of the assets of the assigning party. 26.2 If any provision of this Agreement is whoIly or partially invalid or vnenforceable,such invalid or unenforceable provision will be se�verable from the remainder of this Agreement and such remainder will be interpreted as if the invalid or;znenforceable provision had not been a part of it. 26.3 All questions conceming the construction,validitq and operation of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. 26.4 The Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and no documents ar representations other that the Contract Documents shall be used in interpreting it. 26.5 This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties. 26.b Any notices reqvired to be given under this Agreement will be given in writing and either mailed by prepaid registered or certified mail and return receipt requested or sent by telex or other visible form of electranic media or delivered to the addresses stated below or to such otl�er address as either party may substitute by written notice to the other. Any such notice will be deemed to be received upon the date of receipt,and,if delivered,upon the date of delivery.
