City of Decatur Mobile Data System Acceptance Test Plan <br /> ACCEPTANCE TEST PROCEDURES <br /> This document details the Acceptance Test Procedures(ATPs)to confirm that the system as �� <br /> provided by DATAx���o is complete and meets the acceptance test criteria. j <br /> The Acceptance Test Procedure is divided into four functional areas: <br /> • Deliverables Verification Acceptance Procedure <br /> • Communication Link Verification Acceptance Test , <br /> • Coverage Verification Acceptance Test � <br /> • Network Throughput Acceptance <br /> The above acceptance tests will be performed by DAT�D�o and witnessed by City of Decatur <br /> personnel during the installation and testing phases. <br /> Each segment will be tested independently using check sheets to be provided by DATA�D�o,as <br /> appropriate, and approved by the City prior to the commencement of acceptance testing. If <br /> deficiencies are found during the testing,both the deficiencies and resolutions to the deficiencies <br /> shall be agreed upon and documented. Where the defined deficiencies do not prevent <br /> productive operational use of the system,the City will grant conditional acceptance to <br /> DATARADIO,and the test will be deemed to have been completed. Conditional acceptance shall <br /> be defined as,the user having substantial beneficial use of the system. DATARADIO will, <br /> however,remain responsible for the resolution of the remaining deficiencies as agreed to. <br /> By signing and approving each of the acceptance testing areas,the City shall indicate its <br /> acceptance by executing and delivering to DAT�D�o the Certificate of Acceptance. <br /> �Y�/O° <br /> 1 <br />
