, , <br /> ` ' , <br /> • City of Decatur Mobile Data System Acceptance Test Plan <br /> COVERAGE TEST DOCUMENTATION <br /> For each test point the mobile test team will record the following: <br /> • Grid number <br /> -Corresponding to the numbered grids on the map <br /> • Test transmission number <br /> -Corresponding to a clearly marked number written on the topographical map <br /> • Test transmission location <br /> -Clearly identifying the street identification of the test point <br /> • Time of day �, <br /> -To the nearest five minutes � <br /> • Pass/fail <br /> -As per the criteria outlined herein <br /> • Additional comments ' <br /> -Should include observations about the test point location,any large shadowing objects <br /> or below grade underpasses obstructing coverage;type of area(rural,residential,urban); <br /> type of foliage(sparse,medium,dense). <br /> The results forms to be used and the Coverage Acceptance Statement are shown at the end <br /> of this document. <br /> At the completion of testing,the duplicate copies of the following items will be retained on <br /> file by DATA�D�o and the City: <br /> • Test Sheets <br /> • Maps with the test points clearly marked <br /> � • The signed Acceptance Sheet <br /> Responsibilities <br /> DA'rax.a,Dio Responsibilities <br /> • DATAx�.D�o will provide a documentation package as listed above. <br /> • DA'rA�D�o will provide the topographical map divided into equal sized grids to be used <br /> for the coverage test to the City prior to the commencement of the test. <br /> • DATAxA��o will provide any necessary specialized test tools required to perform the test. <br /> • DATA1z.a�D�o will have two or more people available on-site to assist with and monitor the <br /> test. <br /> �IT/�R/�L/��O" <br /> 7 <br />
