We think that a sidewalk would not be used <br /> often by visitors or residents of Lake Pointe Addition and it would detract <br /> from the natural beauty of the addition. Lake Pointe Drive is a cul-de-sac <br /> = directly off of South Shores Drive. It is not a thoroughfare. It is not <br /> easily or safely accessible from other nearby neighborhoods by foot.
