Subject of numerous neighborhood complaints. 1366 N. Clinton-NSI# 9603868. Case started 8-1-96. Standing open at doors and windows. Severe state of deterioration inside and out. Being vandalized. Neighbors complain of gang members entering at night and contributing to the decline of their neighborhood. 1367 E. Leafland -NSI# 950437. Case started 11-8-95.
