Insurance Requirements: County shall obtain at its expense, and ke�p in force during the term of this Lease, comprehensive general liability and property dama�e insu.:�ance in an amount of not less than 51,000,000 sin?le limit for bodily injury, death and prope:ry damage to any one person and subject to the same limitations for any one occurrence. Tn� comprehensive general liability policy shall include covera�es for premises and operations, a blan.�:et contractual
