Water. <br /> The demolition if for Community Development and is in the redevelopment area. <br /> The necessary bond requirements have been fulfilled and provided to the City. <br /> It is the staff recommendation to accept the low bid of Entler Excavating Company, Inc. to <br /> demolish the property at 1114, 1116, 1118 N. Water for a total of$6600. <br />
