Couter, Corporation Counsel <br /> RE: Incubator <br /> In April of 1995, the Council approved an ageement with Borg Warner, Zexel and Mueller ' <br /> whereby the four would hire an environmental engineering firm to determine the e�ent of the <br /> contamination at the Incubator and, if possible, the source. (Resolution No. 95-43) The estimated cost <br /> of the City's share was $150,000 to $200,000. (Lega1 Department Memorandum 95-8, to Mayor and <br /> Councilmembers) An agreement has now been negotiated with Montgomery Watson, a national firm <br /> with offices in Addison, Illinois.
