Page 10. Keep Illinois Beautiful Grant Agreement. <br /> which arise from it, or until the end of the regular five-year period provided for above, <br /> whichever is later. In addition to the foregoing, Grantee shall comply with the retention and <br /> access requirements contained in the Common Rule for Uniform Administrative <br /> Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments, 45 <br /> C.F.R. 602. <br /> 8. Disclosure of Subcontractors. Grantee shall disc(ose to the LTG all subcontractors retained <br /> by Grantee and paid with grant funds no later than 14 days after the execution of this Grant <br /> Agreement or the retention of such contractors, whichever shall have occuned later. Such <br /> disclosure shall include the name and address of each subcontractor, and the anticipated <br /> amount of payment, respectively. <br /> 9. Standard Contract Provisions. Crrantee shall include in all contracts entered into in <br /> connection with Program Activities provisions covering the following: <br /> a. For a minimum of three years after Grantee makes final payment and all other <br /> pending matters are closed, the contractor shall maintain all books, records, and <br /> supporting documents which are directly pertinent to that specific contract for the <br /> purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions. Grantee, the <br /> LTG, the Commission, the Comptroller General of the United States, and any <br /> independent auditors or representatives which any of the foregoing might designate, <br /> shall have full access to any books, documents, papers and records of the contractor <br /> pertaining to transactions related to Program Activities for three years from the date <br /> of submission of the final performance report required under Part II, Paragraph 5, or <br /> until all audit findings have been resolved, whichever is later. <br /> b. Termination for cause and for convenience by Grantee or the LTG, including the <br /> manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement (contracts in excess <br /> of$10,000). <br /> 10. Publication, Reoroduction and Use of Material. The LTG shall have authority to publish, <br /> distribute and otherwise use, in whole or in part, any reports, data, or other materials <br /> prepared in whole or in part with Program Funds. Any publication produced in whoie or in <br /> part with grant funds shall include on its title page the following statement: <br /> This project was conducted with funds provided by the Lieutenant Governor <br /> of the State of Dlinois and the Department of Commerce and Community <br /> Affairs under the Keep Illinois Beautiful Program, but does not necessarily <br /> represent in whole or in part the viewpoint of the Lieutenant Governor or the <br /> State of Illinois." <br /> 11. Illinois Human Ri hts Act. Grantee agrees to comply with the Illinois Human Rights Act <br /> (775 II.CS 5/1-101 (1992)). <br />
