The primary reasons for ', <br /> selecting DMH Corporate Health were cost and convenience of the � <br /> testing site . I <br /> It is recommended that the City of Decatur enter into an I <br /> agreement with DMH Corporate Health to provide random <br /> drug/alcohol testing for CDL compliance . <br />
