That the Agreement authorizing the Professional Engineering Services for <br /> construction engineering and resident inspection services for the 7th Ward Sewer Rehabilitation, <br /> City Project 2015-07, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and <br /> Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski & Associates, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
