A4. Within 45 days of EPA's approval of the final SSA Study Report,Respondent must <br /> begin implementing the recommendations of the SSA Study Report on the schedule <br /> contained in the approved SSA Study Report. The implementation schedule,as <br /> approved by EPA will be incorporated into this Order. <br /> A5. Respondent must pmvide semi-annual reports on the recommended projects chosen, as <br /> set forth in the SSA Study Report's implementation schedule to EPA (Paragraph A3.e). <br /> The reports are due on January 3I and July 31 of each year,following the <br /> commencement of the SSA Study's implementation schedule. The semi-annual reports, <br /> as a minimum,nnust describe the status and progress of each project that is implemented <br /> for the previous half of the calendar yeaz. <br /> AS <br />
