SunGard Public 5ector w111 install the <br /> ortho's on the clfents CAD Server. Accepted ortho files formates are SID,TIFF,JPG and BMP. The customer is responsible for <br /> providing ortho source files to SunGard Public Sector. <br /> SunGard Pubfic Sect�r will perform three(3)detailed reviews of the customer's centerline data at SunGard Public <br /> Sector's offtce during project implementation. The objective of this review is to tdentify suspicious data elements in the customer's <br /> centerline that may be of issue when used with CAD. Exampies include missing ranges,overlapping addresses,reversed ranges, <br /> etc. The customer is provided wlth a summary repnrt and supplemental Excel reports that help ldentffy the suspicious data. These <br /> audits are only a tool to be used by the customer and are not intended to be a substitute for customer data testing and veri6cation. <br /> Audits occur at 10%,50%and 90%of project completion. Additional reyuested audits are subjecf to additional professionai <br /> charges. <br /> Special Notes <br /> � SunGard Public Sector supports converting ESRI E00,ESRt Shape or Mapinfo source data. <br /> This service assumes the customer provides SunGard Public Sector all required GtS layers and associated data elements <br /> (attribute data)and that SunGard Public Sector is not required to provide any diglEizing services. This is an estimate of the senrices <br /> needed,to determine the�nal conversion costs SunGard Pubiic Sector would nead to first evaluale the customer's GIS data. <br /> " Afl delays in the project caused by defects of data will be the sole responsibfl{ty of the Customer.
