RESOLUTION NO. R2016- 58 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH <br /> MID AMERICAN ENERGY SERVICES, LLC <br /> FOR ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the City Manager is authorized to affect a contractual arrangement <br /> between the City of Decatur Illinois, and Mid American Energy Services, LLC, under terms and <br /> conditions to be determined by the City Manager for the delivery of electricity to the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 2.
