Their current location at 708 N College St. is zoned M-2. <br /> The subject property is largely within the M-2 zoning category however there is a zoning <br /> boundary that bifurcates the tract with the south portion being identified as zoned M-1. <br /> In consideration of the prospective owner's business and investment, it requests the entire <br /> tract be zoned M-2. The prospective owner would require this to avoid any potential conflict <br /> arising from allowed uses within M-2 being erroneously assigned to have taken place in that <br /> portion of the property zoned M-1. <br /> The petitioner respectively requests the Plan Commission move favorably on this petition. The <br /> petitioner and/or its representative will be present at the hearing to answer any questions. <br /> Also attached: aerial photos of area. <br />
