R96-108 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF <br /> CO1��IlViUT1ITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> REPROGRAMI��D FUNDS AND SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That approval of the Facade Program in the amount of $23,276.00; <br /> Downtown Rental Rehabilitation in the amount of $30,000.00; Public Works - Sidewalk <br /> Replacement in the amount of $135,444.00; Decatur Mental Health Center in the amount of <br /> $245,000; Public Works - Lowber/Condit Drainage Improvements in the amount of$17,400.00; <br /> Public Works - Charles/Condit Drainage Improvements in the amount of $19,500.00; Macon <br /> County Courts Community Service Progam in the amount of$26,880.00; and Public Works - <br /> Marietta Street Crossing Study in the amount of$10,000.00 is hereby granted. _ <br /> SECTION 2. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Community Development Block <br /> Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following Subrecipients: Decatur <br /> Mental Health Center and Macon County Courts Community Service Program be, and the same <br /> are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> SECTION 3. That the Mayor, Director of Community Development, and City Clerk be, <br /> and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreements on behalf of <br /> the City. <br /> SECTION 4. That thereby, and there is hereby, delegated to the City Manager and the <br /> Director of Community Development, authority to execute requests for payment to carry out the <br /> purport and tenor hereof. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1996. <br /> TERRY M.
