f <br /> � X <br /> 1 � <br /> f � <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> .�� 9 Z <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this �_ day of �d4r�� , 19,9�by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City") and Macon County Probation and Court Services <br /> (herein called the "Subrecipient"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Government <br /> under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities <br /> Program Delivery <br /> ActiviTy: <br /> General Administration <br /> Supervision (Probation Officer) of individuals assigned to community service by the <br /> Macon County courts. <br /> B. Levels of Accom�lishment <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement,the <br /> Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services: <br /> t'vi Units Der Month Total Units <br /> N/A , <br /> C. Staffing <br /> Don W. Meyer, Director <br /> D. �erformance Monitorin� <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and <br /> performance standards required herein. Substandard performance as determined by the City will <br /> constitute non-compliance with this agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br />
