MAY 15. 1995 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen 11�'ichael T. Cazrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William Nfitchell, Kent N. <br /> 11�'ittelberg and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> City Manager James C. Bacon, Jr. attended the meeting. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to land acquisition. City Manager Tim <br /> Bacon addressed the purpose of the request with City Council. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman Iviitchell moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Foster, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, Mrtchell, <br /> Mittelberg, Oliver, and Mayor Howley voted aye.
