Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen M'ichael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William 11�itchell, Kent N. <br /> Ivfittelberg, and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to labor relations. Daniel R <br /> Sommerfeldt, Assistant City Manager, briefed members of Council on on-going discussions with <br /> the Decatur Police Benevolent and Protective Association Labor Committee and AFSCNiE Local <br /> 268, representing General Services employees. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman 11Tittelberg moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Foster, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, Ivrtchell, <br /> Mittelberg, Oliver and Mayor Howley voted aye.
