Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen ivfichael T. Cazrigan, Latry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William 1VLtchell and William <br /> F. Oliver. Councilman Kent N. 1VLttelberg was absent. Six members were present and one was <br /> absent. Mayor Howley declared a quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to labor relations and appointment of <br /> an interim city manager. Dan Sommerfeldt discussed with Council negotiations with I.A.F.F. <br /> Loca1505, representing the firefighters. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman Oliver moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Foster, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Camgan, Foster, Jacobs, Mitchell, Oliver <br /> and Mayor Howley voted aye.
