That the agreement for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of the premise <br /> commonly known as 3433 North Taylor, be and the same hereby are, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized and <br />' directed to sign, seal and attest said agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 29th day of July, 1996. <br /> TERRY M.
