Perry, Purchasing Supervisor <br /> SUBJECT: DEMOLITION BIDS <br /> Attached you will find a bid summary for demolition of the old Mass Transit facility at 61 Industry <br /> Court. <br /> The bidders were asked to submit bid bonds with their proposal and the low bidder has expressed <br /> his intent to submit his performance bond for 100% of the total contract. <br /> It is the staff recommendation to accept the low bid of Willoughby Excavating, Inc. to demolish <br /> the property at 61 Industry Court for a total of$59,665.
