Weaver, Community Development Director��; . <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Entering Into Pazking Agreement, First Site, Inc. <br /> One of the provisions of the First Site, Inc. development agreement leases a portion of city right <br /> of way for the purpose of developing diagonal parking adjacent to commercial development. <br /> The agreement further gives the developer authority to enforce parking restrictions for those <br /> spaces including the towing of illegally parked vehicles. Staff recommends approval of the <br /> agreement and will be present to answer council questions. <br />
