That the agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Ryder/ATE, Inc. <br /> of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Transit Management of Decatur, Inc., a copy of which is hereto attached, <br /> for the management of the Decatur Public Transit System be, and the same is hereby approved. <br /> Section 2.
