RESOLiJTION NO. R96-86 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the property commonly known as 1898 W. Packard conveyed to that <br /> person(s)who contracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur through the City's <br /> Homestead Program, the Council finding that the provisions of said contract has been <br /> substantially complied with by said parties, <br /> SECTION 2.
