R96-85 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE <br /> MOUND/MacARTHUR and McKINLEY/MONROE <br /> CITY PROJECT 9531 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY T�-�COUNCIL OF TI�CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for Traffic Signal Installation and <br /> Upgrade at the intersections of Mound/MacArthur and McKinley/Monroe, City Project 9531, and <br /> presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Egizii Electric, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Egizii Electric, Inc., for <br /> the installation and upgrade of said traffic signals for their bid price of$95,313.19. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 1 st day of July, 199 <br /> TE .
