That the agreement for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of the premises <br /> commonly known as 5450 Rea's Bridge Road, be, and the same hereby is, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 1 st day of July, 1996. <br /> TERRY M.
