That the specifications for submitting proposals to provide operators <br /> for the demand-responsive, lift-equipped van program for transportation of wheelchair bound <br /> persons, a copy of which is hereby received and filed with the Clerk be, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
