RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR <br /> PROVIDING OF VAN OPERATORS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the specifications for submitting proposals to provide operators <br /> for the demand-responsive, lift-equipped van program for transportation of wheelchair <br /> bound persons, a copy of which is hereby received and filed with the Clerk be, and the same <br /> is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> cause a Request for Proposals to be published once in the ]aecatur Tribune, said publication <br /> in the pecatur Tribune to be not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date set therein for <br /> the receipt of proposals. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this day of June, 1996. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
