Prairie Street, Decatur, Illinois. City Council <br /> had approved$23,673.34 of Community Development Block Grant funds for this project. Due <br /> to actual bid cost, a resolution for additional funds, in the amount of$11,246.66 for the bid, is <br /> attached for approval. The agreement between the owners and the City of Decatur shall show <br /> funding not to exceed $34,920.00. <br /> This represents the final facade project of the Facade Grant Program <br /> Attachment. , <br />
