Coverage has been provided under State Farm Contractors policy _ <br /> number 93 BY 9654 4 with a January 15 yearly renewal. This policy <br /> provides 1 million dollars of liability coverage for Mr Engdale's <br /> activity as a Licensed Electrical Contractor. Mr. Engdale had requested <br /> certificates in November of 1995 from our office to meet City relicensing <br /> requirments. Due to processing delays in our Bloomington office we were <br /> unable to get these doucuments to bir. Engdale before the January 31st <br /> City licensing date. Mr. Engdale regulary checked with my office . <br /> during this Nov.-Jan. ti.me period and I confidently assured him that all <br /> documents would be ready by the January 31st date. Mr. Engdale met all <br /> other requirements for renewal of his City Electrical Contractors license <br /> and made a good faith effort to provide proof of liablity ins. coverage. <br /> Events beyond his control made it iunpossible for him to meet the January <br /> 31st due date.
