RESOLUTION NO. R 9 6-3 7 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the property commonly known as 427 S. Haworth conveyed to <br /> that person(s)who contracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur through <br /> the City's Homestead Program,the Council finding that the provisions of said contract has <br /> been substantially complied with by said parties, <br /> SECTION 2.
