RESOLUTION NO. R96-28 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1353 N. WALNUT GROVE; 965 E. WII,LIAM; <br /> 220 E. STUART; 1475 N. MONROE; 719 W. MARIETTA; <br /> 528 E. OLIVE: 903 N. CHURCH; 555 N. CALHOUN <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set out on Exhibit A, <br />� hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, are dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or <br /> abandoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
