10 . Capitol will be fully responsible for the total <br /> cost of all repairs (other than in Paragraph 6) to the <br /> equipment on the following Power Train items, in excess of <br /> the guaranteed maximum cost of repairs (as indicated on <br /> Exhibit A) for the time of operation in hours, or period of <br /> time in years, from the date of delivery, whichever occurs <br /> first (as indicated on the Exhibit A) . Engine, torque <br /> converter, transmission, drive shafts, universal joints, <br /> differential, transfer gear group, drive axles, drive pumps, <br /> drive motor, pinion and bevel gear, steering clutches, <br /> steering brakes, final drive gear trains (up to, but not <br /> including the sprockets or tires) , fuel pump and <br /> turbocharger. <br /> 11 .
