It is the staff recommendation to accept the State of lllinois bid for Performance Dodge <br /> to fumish one (1) Dodge Ram 1500 4 x 21ong bed pick up truck for$12,829.50. <br /> Bid #9596-10 was for seven (7)pick up trucks with extended cabs to be used by the Inspectors in <br /> Community Development and Water Distn�bution and Water Production. The State does not <br /> offer a comparable truck. Northtown Ford is not able to hold their bid. Worden Martin was the <br /> low bidder originally. It is the staff recommendation to accept the low bid of Worden Martin to <br /> fiunish seven(7) 1996 GMC Sonoma pick up trucks for $98,931.77. <br /> Bid #9596-12 was for two (2) sedans to be used by the Police Department. It is the staff <br /> recommendation to accept the State of Illinois bid for Crown Oldsmobile to fiunish two (2) 1996 <br /> Oldsmobile Ciera for $25,338.00. <br /> Bid#9596-13 was for two (2) sedans to be used by Water Distnbution and CDBG. It is tb.e staff <br /> recommendation to accept the low bid of S & K Chevrolet to fumish two (2) 1996 Chevrolet <br /> Cavaliers for$24,894.00. <br /> Bid #9596-14 was for two (2) extended mini vans to be used by the Engineering Division. It is <br /> the sta�recommendation to accept the State of Illinois bid for Morris Chrysler to fiunish two (2) <br /> 1996 Dodge Caravans for$33,218.00. <br /> cc: Beth Couter <br />
