R96-03 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1996-97 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 1996-97 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following <br /> subrecipients: Macon County Health Department,Neighborhood Housing Development Corp. <br /> (NHDC), Baby Talk, Decatur Macon County Opportunities Corporation(DMCOC), Partners in <br /> Education, Decatur/Macon County Senior Center, Downtown Decatur Council, Easter Seals and <br /> Homework Hangout be, and the same are hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor, Directar of Community Development, and City Clerk be, and <br /> they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreements on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th day of January, 1996. <br /> ---��, � <br /> TE Y M.
