Total compensation for the services to be provided shall not <br /> exceed $54,990 without the prior, written approval of the Client. Contract billing rates for the <br /> ' classifications of staff to be involved in this project are as defined below. These rates shall <br /> remain constant for the duration of this Agreement unless modified by a written amendment <br /> executed by the Client and Engineer. <br /> Contract <br /> Classification Billing Rate <br /> (S/hr) <br /> Senior Staff 5125.00 <br /> Project Manager S 110.00 <br /> Project Engineer $80.00 <br /> � Senior Engineer 570.00 <br /> Engineer 565.00 <br /> Draftsman/CAD Operator 545.00 <br /> Word Processing S45.00 <br /> Reimbursable direct costs include costs which are directly applicable to the services such as <br /> transportation and subsistence expenses on travel in the interest of the services, long distance <br /> telephone and fax expenses, prints and reproductions, postage, electronic computer costs, usage <br /> of computer programs, model and laboratory testing, aerial and ground surveying and subsurface <br /> exploration. <br /> A detailed breakdown of the projected level of effort and estimated project billings for the <br /> Decatur Water Resources/Storage/Production Study is presented in the attached Exhibit 2. <br /> Estimates of effort are provided by task and subtask and presented along with proposed contract <br /> billing rates and estimated direct costs. <br /> ` HES SCOPE.WPF TJ1Rj-2 � <br /> H951149P/951103/951121 <br />
