City staff recommends approval. <br /> 1575 N. Main-NSI# 9501976. Case started 8-15-95. Neighbors complain house has been <br /> standing open for past year. During inspection of interior NSO's were covered with fleas. Severe <br /> state of deterioration. Owners state they have no intention of repairing. Complaints have been <br /> made of people entering at night. <br /> 1126 E. Prairie (garage) -NSI#9503683. Case started 10-25-95. Garage is full of old tires and <br /> trash. Severe fire damage. Being used as a dumping ground for additional trash. <br /> 1165 E. Mueller-NSI#9502740. Case started 9-25-95. House standing open and apparently <br /> abandoned. Severe state of deterioration. <br /> 1520 Melrose Ct. -NSI#9400115. Case started 1-21-94. No record of water service to the <br /> house. Severe state of deterioration. Open windows. Neighbors complain of declining property <br /> values because of this substandard house. <br /> 1760 E. Johns -NSI#9503136. Case started 10-5-95. Utilities terminated in 1993. Interior <br /> severely damaged and full of garbage. Neighbors complain of rats being drawn to neighborhood <br /> (rat on front sidewalk during inspection). House is not secure. Owner states he cannot afford to <br /> fix or demolish but would make payments if demolished under court order. <br />
