City staff recommends approval. <br /> 823 N. Church -NSI # 9302367. Case started 9-10-93. Utilities terminated 3-28-95. Porch and <br /> roof structurally deteriorated and dangerous. Doors open and neighbors complain of people <br /> entering at night. Unable to resolve through housing case because of disputed ownership. <br /> 787 S. Willow-NSI# 9501119. Case started 5-19-95. Utilities terminated 2-24-95. Standing <br /> open and apparently abandoned. Severe state of deterioration. Neighbors complain of alleged <br /> gang members frequenting at night. <br /> 321 S. Martin Luther King -NSI # 9501161. Case started 6-29-95. Utilities terminated 2-23-95. <br /> Severe state of deterioration. Neighbors complain of animals living in house and garage. Parts <br /> falling off of this house and doing damage to neighbors house. <br /> 993 E. Prairie- NSI#9501031. Case started 4-6-95. Utilities terminated 11-17-94. Severe <br /> state of deterioration and standing open. Interior vandalized. Owner says he is not paying taxes <br /> and has no intention of repairing. <br /> 812 N. Edward -NSI# 9403318. Case started 12-30-94. Utilities terminated 7-13-93. <br /> Standing open and has been abandoned. Whereabouts of owner unknown. Interior vandalized <br /> and being stripped out. <br />
