This <br /> update replaces the six(6) 486DX, 66mhz, 12 MB RAM, 270MB HD.3.1W with six(6) <br /> HP Vectra VL3 Pentium System computers, 90mhz 8MB RAM, DOS/WIN 3.11 All other <br /> equipment remains the same. <br /> This document also includes the MOTOROLA system agreement, Statement of Work and <br /> the Acceptance Test Plan. <br /> The terms of agreement previously agreed upon for the negotiated contract price of <br /> $176,105.00 aze as follows: <br /> 20% with purchase order $ 35,221.00 <br /> 60% upon delivery $ 105,663.00 <br /> 20% upon system acceptance $ 35,221.00 <br /> Equipment delivery is scheduled for March 15, 1996.
