If those attempts fail, then the dispute will be mediated by a mutually <br /> acceptable mediator to be chosen by MOTOROLA and the PURCHASER within thirty <br /> (30) days after written notice by one of the parties demanding non-binding mediation. <br /> Contract No. 95-10192/IL 4 11/14/95 <br />
