IL-90-X264 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That a copy of the Federal Transit Administration Operating Assistance Grant <br /> Agreement between the U.S. Department of Transportation and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> copy of which is hereby received and filed with the Clerk be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign and attest said agreement on behalf of the City and that the City Manager be, and <br /> he is hereby authorized to furnish such additional information or certifications as may be <br /> required by the contract. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS J � �. day of October, 1995. <br /> MAY <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
