RESOLUTION NO. R95-159 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> - 1114 - 1118 NORTH WATER STREET - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> acquire, on behalf of the City, the real property commonly known as 1114 - 1118 North Water <br /> Street, Decatur, Illinois, for a price not to exceed $125,000.00, and that all actions by said officer <br /> heretofore completed toward such acquisition are hereby approved and ratified. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of October, 995. <br /> ���� / <br /> TE M.
